Split vcd no audio on part 2

    Split vcd no audio on part 2

    Everything went as planed, i used virtual dub to split the vcd and the first part has audio but the second part has no audio what did i 4get to do??? also the audio in the first part is in sync too????

      I used this guide here http://www.how-to-create-divx.com/ the i went to the tutorial on how to split divx, did just as it said again today and it did the same thing?? no audio on the 2nd part?? that or i had one yesterday that made a really bad screeching sound??

        Well, if you had follow the exact tutor, then you can try to set Audio Setting to Full processing mode and set Audio interleave section (Look at attachment). This will re-encode your audio again to make it fit frame by frame with your video files.

        Squeeching audio can cause by not match between audio keyframe with video.

            In order to set and use VirtualDub's interleave function, you neither have to, nor should you set "Audio" to "Full Processing Mode".

            Both "Audio" and "Video" should be set to "Direct Stream Copy".

              ok setarip i did that and the same thing happens i set both to direct stream copy in the audio part the option avi audio is selected will that make any difference???

                Also alcskid i tried it that way tonight and one it made the split files way to big to fit on two disks as i have no dvd-rw drive and there is still no audio on the second part???

                  Ok this is probably about the stupist thing i think the reason it didnt work for me is because i had an old version like 1.4.2.7 er sumin like dat i got a newer one and it works fine thanx though guys and also check this out fx mpeg writer its kinna cool found it on downloads.com ttyal
