KVCD! Audio not synched.

I am in desperate need of help!
I have encoded a MPV file with the KVCDx3 template, and the movie is 1. 51 h long. The whole film was not even 700MB and it would fit nice on one SVCD. Now when I try to multiplex my MPV file with my audio file, I get a problem. TMPEG (I use it to multiplex) thinks that my movie is just 47 minutes long. Audio gets totally out of synch. I never experience audio synch problems with standard SVCD files.
Now is there anyone out there who has a solution to my problem?

You may get a faster or more accurate response, if you post in the forums at kvcd.net. Kwag (the guy who runs kvcd.net) keeps a close eye on those forums and in many cases personally responds to posts.
