svcd encoding

hi all!
i have a very big problem!
i use the TMPGENC for makeing SVCD with 2 pass,
but i can't change the file size! so sometimes i need 2 and sometimes i need 3 cd's for 1 film.

can someone pleas tell me if it is possible to change the filesize or bitrate!

Or someone new another good prog for encoding dvd to svcd???

To change the video bitrate, simply click on the "Video" tab and enter a new number in the box labelled "Bitrate"...


(If everything is "grayed out", click on the "Load" radio button and doubleclick on "Unlock.mcf")
