SVCD to VCD

can anyone sugguest the software that i can convert the svcd to vcd ? the problem i have is brought a MSI TVanywhere card but not able to record the film to NTSC VCD. it will record the file under NTSC SVCD .... your suggestion is appreciated ...

Here's the "quick and dirty" method:

Use TMPGEnc as follows:

File>>MPEGTools>>Simple Multiplex

Load your SVCD file

Change mode to "MPEG1-VideoCD"

Enter a new filename in the "Output" box

Press the "Run" radio button

(Do not be concerned about any "Buffer underflow" messages you may see)

Burn (DO NOT ask burning software, such as NERO to CONVERT to VCD, rather merely BURN as a VCD)

It is great help by using the software. The file was converted from svcd to vcd last night. I still have another problem to cut the 900MB files into 2 parts for burning the VCD, please recommend the software ....
