Split a 900MB file to 2 disc

Can anyone suggest which program/software will split a 900MB NTSC VCD file into 2 parts and burn it to 2 VCD for DVD player

VCDs are not about the size of the file but the length.. What is the duration of the file?

it is about 90 minute

I would give DV-Tool a try it can split both MPEG-1 and 2 so that should help you.

That is what I need and is easy to use. Already split the movie into 2 and being burn it on cdr. Thanks for the great help.
