Picture upside down??

After spliting a video file (xvid) into two different video files, using nandub (like virtual dub).. I used Nero 5 to convert and burn onto a svcd format.. the result came out to be that the picture was upside down? another problem was that the motion was skippy and if i fast forward 1x speed then motion pic would be normal?? Please help!! Thank you!

ahhhh... First, Don't use nero to make a svcd. Use tmpgenc, and nero to burn ONLY.
