TMPGEnc restarting PC at 61%

To anyone who can help. I am running a WinXp Pro machine with an Asus Tusl2 m/b, P3 800eb, 384 megs PC133 ram, Geforce 3 Ti 200 64meg card. Some of the programs that I currently have on my machine are the most recent applications of DVD Decrypter, Roxio Easy DVD, Nero, and Power DVD. I also have the latest divx driver installed as well as the most current ASPI drivers and am using the Avisynth 2.5 after no success with the earlier version. I have used the DVD2SVCD guide provided through this site and I cannot manage to get the encoding to continue past 60 or 61% without it restarting my machine. The log file generated in DVD2SVCD does not provide any info. as to why this occurs. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you.
