DVD to SVCD Resize Problem

When i try 2 encode a vob 2 svcd with TMPGENC or SoundForge or whatever the resolution doesnt change it stays the full DVD resolution but is still a SVCD file ??? Can anyone help me out with this problem ? any help will be much appreciated thank you

What specific procedures are you using to accomplish this under TMPGEnc?

use FLASK to encode the VOB files my friend

You're obviously missing a step here. Please read my comments in this thread for further assistance. (Read the entire thread. No cheating and just scanning for the first answer to the post because the first advice given by someone else was not correct.)
