Question about Cinema Craft Encoder SP

my question: how do you use Cinema Craft Encoder SP??

I start the program and try to open something, but it will only let me open a file of *.ecl extension. Is there something I must do w/my audio and video files (that are ready to be encoded) before I use Cinema Craft Encoder SP on them? Thanx.

    just open your CCE window.
open your normal browser (explorer) or my computer and browse
to the file you want to encode.

drag and drop the file into the CCE window.

once droped the file should be recognized and cce does add
    its default encoding parameters.

rightklick on the file and hit edit.
in the following windows you can adjust your encoding parameters.

note that the source file must be of avi format or at least
an avisynth scriptfile that points to the source file that you
    want to encode

also you must have the appropriate decoder for the sourcefile installed.

    good luck

what do you want to achieve?

if you want to create svcd or vcd life will be easier if you let dvd2svcd do the work (of using cce):
