Demuxing-not too sure how

i was recently told how to do this but to no avail, still couldnt figure it out...

"demux your audiofile by choosing -->stream-->streamlist-->demux-->"filename".ac3
use "Headac3 he" to process it to wav..... "

ok fine, but where's the stream option, is this virtua dub or nandub cuz i dont hav nandub, where do i get headac3 from, and one last thing- how do i keep the screen in the wide screen ratio during encoding which aspect ratio is that?

please help so i dont hav to keep wasting these people's time with these annoying posts

VirtualDubMOD (different than VirtualDub)...

ok i extracted all the files to the folder w/ vdubmod but the program still wont start up

Ok i finally got i werking can somebody put up a Headac3 link please?

oh one more question b4 i go, what aspect ratio would i use to keep the screen in widscreen after the encoding,( widescreen is still the best )
