Demux SVCD-Encrypted Vob

I have a movie in SVCD format (3parts) I'm trying to use DVDlab to convert it to DVD format. I've Demux'ed part's 1 and 3 and coverted the audio to 48khz but when I try to demux part 2, 10% of the way in I get an error:"The Vob file has an encrypted video stream. This file can't be demuxed."
How can I decrypt this?

How did you encrypt it initially?

I have found that it is an encoding error and the only way to fix it is to completely re encode it. I have had the same problem on 4 disks. I have re encoded using tmpgenc and have had no futher problems with the movies.
