template for tmpgenc

hi
some month ago there was a link on digital- or divxdigest for a template called "shizzons" or similar. it was able to produce a nearly 1:1 copy in size, when encoding divx to svcd.
does anybody have this template and could send it to bulla@freenet.de? unfortunately i deleted it
