TMPGEnc a/v sync problem outputting to .mpg

    Hi from frustrationville!

I have all the .VOB files from a DVD on my hard drive and I want to extract the Video/Audio stream as to convert to MPEG-1 Video.

I've used TMPGEnc's MPEG Tools to Demultiplex the streams to separate .M2V and .AC3 files.

now, when i want to Simple Multiplex them back together to create the .MPG file, I have sync issues. The audio gets increasingly ahead of the video as time passes.

    Any suggestions?

Use MPEGMediator Special Edition, with the BBMPEG plugin, instead. Either select the movie's .IFO file, or load the .VOBs in proper sequence...
