Converting MPG to VCD

Hi there ...

I have a couple of movies on my PC I'd like to convert in VCD to be able to read them on my DVD player (Home Cinema).

I'd like to know what the simplest tool is.

Actually, I've tried to directly create a VCD from Nero, but the problem I have is that the video is too long (820 MB).

I've heard about Tmpgenc ?

Any idea for me ?
