TSVCD- help please!!

Does anyone know what a TSVCD codec is and where I can find it? I downloaded a movie that said that it was recorded in TSVCD; is that the same as SVCD or do I have to search further?

TS stands for telesync
VCD stands for video cd

(is this movie by any chance Lord OTR, because then i think this movie is a svcd)

So if it is a vcd you should be able to play it in WMPlayer

If it is a svcd you need a special player for it (like Powerdvd)
