how to join 2 files using TMPGEnc?

Hi, I'd like to know how to join two files using TMPGE?.....i'M CONVERTING THE FILES INTO VCD USING TMPGE, OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE PART 1&2 of a movie which I would like to join and then cut into 3 parts. I know how to do the cutting part but I've never done the joining, can someone please explain how this is done using TMPGE?
    Thank-you.

    Easy!

File -> MPEG Tools... then click the Merge & Cut tab, add the files you want to join, supply a name for the joined file, and hit the Run button.

I tried this, but got a problem when joining them.

I had an error through saying that the MPEG may not play correctly and when played it seems as though only the first half had been copied leaving the second half out completely.

        Any ideas?

          To Golden Eagle

If the two initial files are MPEGs that YOU created, you should not have any problem. On the other hand, if they are two files that you've downloaded, there's no telling what inconsistencies may exist between them...
