Coverting wmv files to mpeg2

I managed to download a rare THX trailer (maybe not be rare, but I've never seen it before) from the THX website. It's in a windows media video format for which I would very much like to convert to Super VCD format, preferrably mpeg2.

Does anyone know of any software that will do this successfully ?
