    Partial avi file

    I have a AVI file with encoded with 48000 Hz. I want to convert it to 41800Hz using virtualdub. But when I try to do that it converts only part of it. The total length is 3 hrs but the virtualdub converts only 1:52 hrs. Is there any setting to specify the length of the movies which I missed?

    Thank you

    No, unless you somehow inadvertently SET VirtualDub to convert only a portion of the file.

    Just to be absolutely certain, run VirtualDub afresh.

    Load your .AVI file. Set your audio conversion parameters.

    Set "Video" to "Direct Stream Copying".

    From the "Edit" dropdown menu, do the following:
    A) Click on "Set selection start"
    B) Click on "Go to end"
    C) Click on "Set selection end"

    From the "File" dropdown menu, select "Save as AVI"
    Enter a new filename and save.

    Let us know of your success ;>}
