    yesterday i captured a movie
    from my Digital reciever
and my setting for this video was :

    MPEG 2

    Audio : 44

    res : 720 x 576
    Bitrate : 6400
    frame : 25

    a video about 2 hours
after capture i watch it and it was so good and with high quality
    without any problem

    ====================
    But today

    I removed WinDVR 2 and
    i installed WINDVR 3

but when i captured a video from my DIGITAL RECIEVER
( with previous setting MPEG 2

    Audio : 44

    res : 720 x 576
    Bitrate : 6400
    frame : 25

    )

i saw that my movie captured with high quality
but when any thing in the video move
    there is trailing on that
for example " moving of people in the video is with trailing "

    Yes!!!!

i know this is for Bitrate , my bitrate was 6400
but it worked fine before i install winDVR3
after installing windvr3 , it happened

I captured a high quality movie with WINDVR 2 with above setting
without any problem like this .

you have probably removed an important dll file
    you could reinstall everything again.

Use gspot to see whats missing.MAke sure you have at least
2 codecs installed and the ffdshow filter aswell.

If you feel unconfident ,use wmp8/9 and run the movie
if the codecs are not present wmp will automatically download them!

Load your avi file and then wait until it analizize it.
FFDSHOW requires only installation the rest decides the codec.

But encoding is differnt you will still need ffdshow to encode well.
Perhaps this is what is missing for you.Playing movies is ok but encoding then requires filters ,codecs, etc.make sure you have them all.

if you insist on using ffdshow then go in the location where you installed it and run it form there.

hmm, ok...try to use DVApp sample to see the difference. It has some bugs, but you have the sources in the sample directory of directX sdk 9.0, so you can remove those bugs. You can try to get the compiled executable. Search with google for ex.
