Before I encode an AVI file, I split the file with "AVI MPEG ASF WMV Splitter" so I can fit it on cd-r's. The problem is, that even though I choose "equal split", it doesnt split the file evenly. The first of the two files is exactly half the full file, I.E.-700 megs becomes 350 megs. But the second file is only 15-20 megs. Anybody know why the file wont split as it say it should?
