How to Convert SVCD to VCD???? Help

My new DVD player seems to have a problem with SVCD's. They play but the audio and video stutter continuously.
VCD's work fine. When I DL SVCD movies and extract and burn I get this problem.

Is there a way to convert these SVCD movie to VCD so they will play on my DVD(Panasonic RP56). I have tried using some of the info in the conversion section but have had no luck.

ie. DL'd Monsters SVCD. Extracted-Burned-playback audio & Video Stutters on DVD. If someone has a solution to this so SVCD's would run great.

If not could someone please give me a simple clear way to convert the SVCD to VCD.

get the video file of the svcd it will most prob be in a folder called mpeg the biggest file on the cd anyway.

once that is on drive get it into tmpgenc press load and choose vcd.

if it dont take it then you could try flaskmpeg and make it back into avi.
