I have found a solution that works. Perhaps it isn't the best solution, but...
With TMPGenc, I demultiplexed the mpg file from the SVCD (File--> MPEG tools--> De-multiplex), creating a mp2 audio file. After that, entering again at Project Wizard screen of TMPGenc, I was able to select this audio file after selecting the mpg like vidio file. I don't understand this, because if the audio was into the mpg file, I don't know why it was not automatically selected by the program.
But this solution has worked
