Need Details/Infos about SVCD

Hi.
I need detials about SVCD. I want to make SVCD out of DivX, yes I know this with Tmpegenc.... thats no problem
In DivX you can decoded your Audio Stream to AC3 (DD5.1) or Mp3 (Dts), you also can make two in one Video.
Now i want to know if I get DD5.1 from an AVI(AC3 Audio Stream) in a SVCD?! Or Dts from an AVI with MP3-Stream!?
And finally how do I realize, that I put two Audio Streams in the MpegII Stream?!

Since you are familiar with TMPGEnc, do the following:

File>>MPEGTools>>Multiplex (NOT "Simple Multiplex")

Load your M2V (silent video converted, using TMPGEnc, from your .AVI), load your two .AC3 audiostreams, select a new filename for output, press the "Run" radio button.

This will create an MPEG2 file (NOT an SVCD file) with two audio streams.
