I converted an xvid movie to svcd at VBR using highest quality in dvd2svcd, but the video is flapping all the time. The audio is fine, though. It's as if it's drawing from two places in the movie simultaneously - one of them being 500 ms or so before the other one. The subtitles are fine, so it has to happen before they are added (using forced subs). Does anyone know how to solve this prob?
