Hi, guys !
Does anybody know how to create Closed Captions in dvd's ?
I mean true closed captions, not just only " normal " subtitle system that we generally watch on dvd's, right ?
And which kind of programs do I need to make a valid Closed Caption, that are recognized by TV, standalone dvd's and similars ?
