    Show Entire Image When Encoding For SVCD

    I want to encode my video files so that none of the image is shown outside of the screen. This is especially important to videos which contain subtitles within the video itself, not as an external file. How can I prevent the edges of the video from being cutoff so I do not have to zoom out on the Apex AD-1110W player I'm using?

    In TMPGenc select "Full Screen (Keep Aspect Ration)"

      This still encodes edges past the boundaries of the screen. I was thinking if there was a way to add padding to the edges so that they are shown past the boundaries in place of the video.
