I am having problem converting 1-hour avi 12.8 GB into svcd using tmpgenc, the produced video is always interlaced, I used a guide with these settings :
480x480 23,976 fps, Non-interlace (progressive), 1:1 VGA, Full screen (keep aspect ratio), 2077 bitrate and the same result, I then tried many other settings and still no changes. Are these settings correct ?
