Insert Audio in Delay, how?

hello, i have encoded a mpeg2 file out of a divx... only problem is the sound was AC3, that was originaly had 599ms of delay, and when i demuxed it from the avi, it has a delay of 0ms, now my question is how i can multiplex the mpeg2 file with the ac3 file with the insert of silence/delay.

Download "AC3 Delay Corrector" from:

You'll also have to download "GFAWin23.OCX" (Put in same folder with "AC3 Delay Corrector") - Do a Googlesearch to locate this file for download
