EZ CD Creator/VCD error
converting a PAL mpg to NTSC MPEG-1 352x240 CBR 1150 and Layer-2 44.1 at 128kbps using TMPGEnc.
PAL mpg is 740,744KB to start and then 688,133KB after conversion to NTSC mpg.
When I load it into EZ Creator it warns me that it will not work in a vcd player. It says the System Clock Reference is Not Acceptable at 1084.
Any ideas?
I have burned working VCD's before but converted from AVI this is the first PAL conversion I have tried.
