avi (divx) to mpg problem

Hi,

I'm trying to convert an avi (divX) file to mpeg but the video does not show when converted. (only the audio works)
I have tried with different softwares but I just can't get it right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Load the original video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box

use WinAVI to convert it, thats what i use, its good software! Really quick
