"if lower the bitrate will it resault in lower quality???"

Absolutely - but, depending upon how much you have to lower the bitrate, it may or may not be noticeable.

Your other option is to split the file onto two CDs...

Escuse me setarip, do you have an idea of the way he proceeded?
              825MB on a CD of 700MB .
Am I mistaken maybe or do I believe to dream?

              What is your verdict?

There ARE 900Mb capacity CDs - and a few burners that can burn them, as well as a few players that can play them...

                  Firstly,
"I got a mpeg file around 800++ mb and how can i burn into cdr that its capacity is 870mb? coz nero keep saying the files is oversized for the cdr to vcd......"

                  Secondly,
Is it strange, and this what do you think about it?
                  "I tried burn a 825mb movie into 700mb cdr,error at the end"
                  "it works..haha"

At this momment, as much well to clarify the things, even though he could find the parade.
I don't exclude your point of view, since I have the magnificent Plextor Premium....

                  Bye

I'm afraid I don't understand any of the things you are trying to say, but since this thread was started by "me_guitarist", I'll also now say, "Bye"...
