SVCD encoding

Using the NTSC SVCD template for TMPGEnc I have 480X480 resolution etc, etc, and the bit rate is max 2520. I can get 40 minutes on 80 min CD-r. How are you getting almost that with 20% more resolution? Have you lowered the bit rate?

Please let me know what settings to use so I can try making 720X480 tonight.
