Cinemacraft Error Messages!?!

I have version 2.62 of CCE and have had no problems with it until recently. Now I am consistently receiving one of two error messages:

- "Read only 0 bytes, while expecting 8 bytes"
- "AVIStreamRead() failed: Bad parameters"

I've done the obvious things (uninstall, reinstall, clean registry, etc), but no love.

Any ideas?

are you frameserving to CCE? I know that 2.62 doesn't accept avisynth scripts. other than that...
