TempEnc is a program for encoding most video files into MPEG-1 or MPEG-2. It contains templates for most (S)VCD types and also DVD... It's a great program and it's free. The free version comes with a 30day limited MPEG-2 encoder... You can also buy a Plus version with full MPEG-2. GREAT PROGRAM
