I have been using Tmpgenc 2.5 plus. I need to convert a dvd to vcd. I want to know which is the best deinterlace method that should be used in the Deinterlace filter in TMPGEnc 2.5 plus to obtain the best quality results for dvd to vcd conversion. Also which deinterlace method should I use in TMPGEnc 2.5 Plus while performing inverse telecine.
