How do i encode VOB's or parse IFO's in TempEnc? How is it possible and what software is needed? Is there tutorials somewhere?

TMPGEnc cannot parse IFOs. Exactly what are you trying to accomplish?

my intention is to encode a ripped DVD using TempEnc. I know that i can frameserve using DVD2AVI to read the VOB's, but some DVD's (i.e. The Matrix) will come out wrong if you don't use IFO parsing. I usually use FlaskMPEG to do the whole operation, but i wanted to try some TempEnc templates i've come accross...

Does any of the software that offers frameserving support IFO parsing?
