SVCD to VCD

All I need is a program to convert SVCD into VCD, my DVD player has trouble reading the SVCD format and I need to convert a movie. What program would I use to do this?

As instructed by Setarip in reply to the exact same question

use TMPGEnc as follows:

File>>MPEGTools>>Simple Multiplex

Load your SVCD file

Change mode to "MPEG1-VideoCD"

Enter a new filename in the "Output" box

Press the "Run" radio button

(Do not be concerned about any "Buffer underflow" messages you may see)

I too had this problem with my dvd player not playing svcd's i ignored all the messages and burned as told but the movie ends up short??? any idea why.. That was using the newest version of Tmpenc 254a i also tried it on 252 and on 12a i got a error regarding invalid audio stream.
