Hi all,
New to the forum and to Video Editing. I'm trying to create VCD's for home movies. I use Media Studio Pro to edit and then save it as an AVI. I then use TMPGEnc to encode a standard NTSC MPEG Video CD. Finally, to author the VCD, I use the Ulead DVD Plug-in. When I choose the MPEG I created with TMPGEnc, it says I'm not using a Compliant DVD/SVCD/VCD?? I've double checked my settings and created multiple MPEGS, but nothing works.
I have encoded through MSP, but I'm not happy with the quality of it's encoder. I have used TMPGEnc to encode and Nero 5.5 to burn, and the quality is much better, but I would like to use the Plug-in to author the VCD. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Mike
