Picture upside down when encoding using Tmnpeg

Hi I am having a problem encoding an Divx.Mpg file using Tmnpeg. When I start to encode the file, the file is upside down. How can I fix this. I used AVI2VCD to encode this file to Divx.Mpg. When I go back and try to encode the AVI file, it also encodes upside down.

What is my problem
