When converting a divx to vcd if the divx audio is in Mpeg layer 3, 44100Hz 2ch stereo does it need to be extracted(decompressed)first or will TMPGEnc take care of this for me seeing as the audio is already 44100Hz (a VCD requirement)
If the audiostream is Constant Bit Rate (CBR) MP3, TMPGEnc will readily accept it. If it's Variable Bit Rate (VBR) MP3, you'll have to extract and convert the audio to either .WAV format or CBR MP3 format...
