    SVCD VCD HELP! Green screens Scratchy sound

    When I play any of the new vcds or svcds i have download I get a half green screen and the other half is scrambled and the sound is very scratchy. I know it is just some kind of codec or something I don't have installed. PLEASE HELP!!!
