Difference between H263 and Mpeg4 part 2

Hi, I'm making and comparison between H263 and Mpeg4 part2, I just wanna know if someone could help me with some difference between h263 et Mpeg-4. All i find on the web were not clear... I really need help and hope that someone will save me ..thx
