DivX or AVI to Quicktime movies

I am trying to incorporate my divx encoded AVI file into Macromedia Flash to run it on Quicktime for a presentation and I have been having trouble i need a convertor from avi2mov and all the ones i found on the net are either old or for mac os. If anyone can please help, i would grateful.

Try reencoding it with the cross-platform .3ivx codec...

Thanx but i actually figured out y i couldn't import the file into Adobe Premiere 6 and then export to Quicktime. the movie was encoded in div3 codec and the codec wasn't installed on this computer, so adobe couldn't render the video and only the audio played, but i actually downloaded the codec collection on this site, called PopStudio and now i've got all the codecs. I can now actually import into adobe premiere and export.
