    LPCM Audio

    I want to know if DVD2AVI is the unique soft to extract LPCM audio from a ripped dvd (as I saw in a forum LPCM search).

    Aren't there any program like FLASKMPEG that can work with video and LPCM audio at the same time, to convert ripped dvd to both avi (divx) or mpeg1 (vcd) ?

    Sincerely yours.... Popey from Argentina.

    PS:Excuse me for my english.

    Unfortunately, I believe Flask cannot handle LPCM audio...

        My pleasure ;>}

        Although I don't personally use DVD2AVI, it may very well be the sole software capable of extracting LPCM audio. I'd suggest that you do a Google-search regarding LPCM audio extraction, in order to determine whether this is, in fact, an accurate statement - as new software appears on a daily basis...

          it is not - but it'll be one of the most conveniant ways to achieve the lpcm extraction!

          smartripper, vobaudio_batch, graphedit or vstrip will do the job as well.

            FINISHING, there aren't a program that can take a ripped dvd with LPCM audio and convert it to mpeg1 (vcd) or avi (divx) in only one pass, that's right?

            I've read previous posts of you, UncasMS, about DVD2AVI.
            I can't prove Smartripper because unfortunelly I don't have the dvd now (R.Williams' Angel).

            Thanks you both very much, Setarip and UncasMS for the advices.

                NO there isnt

                but as was said before you can easily extract the sound from the vob with dvd2avi.

                since you said you have got them ripped to your hdd already, what more would you want??

                use dvd2avi to extract the sound!

                it should work like i said in my guide:
