    Multiplexing?!?

    Hi,

I went through more trouble than i should have, but I have a (real nice) 2 passed Divx of Fight CLub using MPG2AVI and the GUI. However, I the video didn't get sound, so i used some other prog to get the Wav from the VOBs. the WAVs were compressed using LAME. Now, I have a great Divx avi and a good mp3. What's the fastest easiest way to join them as one AVI?

P.S. How do i configure MPG2AVI to make MP3 audio? That would've saved me a S--Tload of time.

Use either NanDub or the specially modified VirtualDub_MP3_Freeze...

      Thanks.
Actually, I got it working last night using what i believe to be the newest version of Virtual DUb. I have had problerms in the past with VD creating MP3 files, but i think it worked because I installed the Radium codec. Anyway for whaever reason, my Divx is good, and another one is on the way tonight. So it's cool

      My Method in a Nutshell
      1. Rip w/DVD decrypter (manually create .lst after rip)
      2. Encode a two-pass divx (vid only) with Mpeg2AVI
      3. Create a Wav using AC3decode with the VOB2MP3 GUI
      4. Multiplex with Virtual Dub (Direct Stream Process for Vid, and 48-44.1 sampling and 128Kb MP3 using Radium)

The whole thing takes like 5Hrs total anybody got a better way?
