Convert DivX film from PC to Archos DivX standalone player
Hi 
I have just purchased an Archos Jukebox Multimedia 20 GB.
(Portable DivX, Mp3, Photo and Video Player/Recorder.
I have lots of DivX movies, so I wanted to copy some I already have, over to my player instead of recording the film over in real-time..
The player supports:
MPEG4 simple profile
Resolution CIF: max 352 x 288 pixels @ 30 frames/s
Mp3 stereo soundtrack
Max file size 2 GB
Avi file format.
I tried to resize the DivX movie with virtual Dub, and copy’d the film via fire wire over to my player.. I can play the film, but the audio is out of sync, aprx, 5 sec.
I have tried to play the original DivX film on my PC, and connect my TV-out to the player, and record the video, this works perfectly, and I can then copy the file back over to my PC and burn it on a CD if I want.
However it would be nice to be able to convert the file on my PC..
How do I resize the picture, and still keep the audio in sync??
I have traied to cempensate for NTSC, but then I don’t get eny picture only sound.
Appreciate all assistance …
