Audio (sync)& Chapters

Hi all, i gotta a couple of q's:

1) when i use oggmux i have the choice of creating chapters, from the list smartripper had created. When i done it i get to seek to any chapter in wmp6.4. HOw do i do this for movies without ogg.

2) my ogg vorbis audio is out of sync, what should i do?

1) The avi fileformat doesn't support this. You will have to find a player, that can read the chapter info from an external file. I think microDVD player support this.

2) ughhh I'am not very good at sync problems. What kind is it ?. Is it constant or does it go futher out of sync as the movie plays ?, does it come closer to sync if you scan ahead ?. The oggmux tool has a delay value that you can use to take care of constant delays.

oh about the the audio, i think i know what the problem is. what happens is when vob2audio extracts the audio to ac3 it does something, cos when u encode in besweet/oggmachine, the log file says:

But when i extract the audio in ac3 via dvd2avi, i have no problems after i encode with besweet/oggmachine. it says:
