convert divx3 & xvid to divx 5?

Whats would be the best program to convert my divx 3.1 to divx5? I also would like to convert xvid to divx5. Tryed a few programs and they just lock. Is this possible?

You will also need to make sure that the DivX 3.11 & 5.x codecs are installed in your system prior to proceeding with the conversion.

Well, I didnt want to say anything but I bought an xcard.....
I did it before I heard of the rape job they did to xvid. I needed to convert some of my old 3.11 and xvid to 5.02. Divx 5.02 seems to work good on the xcard. Its an awesome card and its a shame what they did.

For the xvid movies you might try changeing the FourC codes to DIVX, instead of reencoding to divx4/5.
