    Premiere + DivX

I'm using Premiere 6.0 and I want to encode a movie in Divx. But I can't get any MP3 or DIVX compression for the audio, so the audio takes a very large room in the avi file.

I can use virtualdub after, to compress the audio, but I would prefer compress audio+video in Premiere in only one pass.

    Any ideas ?

Go get avisynth from this site

They have a free export plug in for Adobe Premiere 6

You can use Premiere as a frame server to feed Virtual Dub audio and video.
Then you can use virtual dub to compress the video and audio together at the same time.
