How to add Copyright/info to Avi

What's the best software for adding Copyright and Title Info and other stuff.. to the Divx..., and if u can please refer me to a page that contains a guide of it..

i tryed AVIutil but.. nothing happens when i use Windows Media Player 8 @ windows Xp

and i can't see the movie and all i can get is the Sound of the movie..... but... using Micro Dvd for example.. it works Fine.. but... no Copyright and Info at all...

Tell me what's the best software for adding these info to a movie... and thx in advance...

Part of this can be done with nandub, just select direct stream copy for both video and audio, and save as avi.
